I picked up a Pentax K110D. I'm not used to this new technology yet, but I'll work on it. I promise. Here's one of my first test shots. I'm looking forward to playing with you folks.

That's a pretty impressive camera for the price, and would seem to be a great entry level cam to get used to. The picture looks good as well, and I dont see any reason you can't get great results with it. Good work, and welcome to the club.
ps. I am very low ranking member of the club, my photography skills pale in comparison to most here. :)

From what I've seen, your skills are top notch.
Thank you for the compliment. I'm already having a good time with this camera.

Very nice Horse. Finally we have a Pentax representative in the house.

Thanks, Jeremy! I hope I can convince a few people that Pentax is a legitimate alternative to a Canon or Nikon (or maybe I'll suck so bad that nobody would dream of getting one).

Thanks, Isaac! I've always been a fan of the dark side. It just took me for poo pooing ever to pick a camera. I'm loving this thing.

I was wondering something. What do you use for rain protection? It was kinda raining when I took these, so I didn't want to get out of the car.
