oops- dropped my hvx200

now it doesnt work, no insurance either . its gonna cost 300 bucks just to have its sent back to pansanoic through my dealer, the only visible damage to the outside is the mic, it broke off. it will turn on but you can through the viewfinder and the lcd is black.
is it possible it this problem could be minor?
