Really enjoyed reading the background on this, and love the code name for the 'Black Robins'. Totally hitting the fest requirement, but doing it in SUCH a cool, cool way.

I think this one has something special about it...the whole poster of looking over an island makes me think of WW2 when they were dropping bombs on islands from high bombers for some reason.

UPDATE 04.07.07

I figured I better update these threads as it's been a while. PROF TARGET is starting to roll now. Shooting will be sporadic over the next few weeks. If you had a chance to see Cure For Writer's Block: No. 9 during HorrorFest, then you know it was a bit "experimental" for the genre, as well as the film itself. PROF TARGET will definitely be one of those "different" kinds of films.

I'm building a green screen in my garage today. That means I have to clean and organize out there (to my wife's pleasure). This is DEFINITELY A DIY'er.

The screen will be 12' x 12'. It will be built from (3) 4' x 8' Theater Flats (I have about a dozen left over from the CFWB:N9 shoot) that will cover part of the garage wall. I went out and bought a gallon of Behr "Green Acres" flat interior paint as recommended on this forum and others, as well as primer tinted the same.

I'll post some construction pics and some test stuff later.

Cheers!

Cool! I'm also going to paint my garage green! Good to know about the Behr "Green Acres." Look forward to seeing pictures of your DIY greenscreen project!

Well, this project is now looking 50-50. My main actor was just hired on to do a "real" film, so at this point I don't know what his schedule is going to be and how it will affect my own shoot. I'm crossing my fingers, but usually stuff like this turns out bad.

And it's not easy finding a 70-year-old Russian man. I actually work at the same place with this guy and it was like a winning lottery ticket fell into my lap. Sheesh!

Ralph- Still going to work on my garage green screen for a few other projects I want to do, so I'll keep you posted.
