I've noticed that nobody makes soft cases specially for external harddrives. Maybe it's me, but I would definitely buy something like that, as I take my drive everywhere and it would be great to have something that could adequately protect it. As of right now, I still carry it around in the box, protected by the foam inserts. Obviously this is bulky as hell.

So would you buy a soft carrying case for your external harddrive? Something with a good amount of insulation and protection, but compact enough to be easily carried around.

If so, how much would you be willing to pay? Thanks.

Great idea. $30 - $35? I never knew these existed:

Great find, Paul. Never knew something like this existed. I'm gonna have to get me one. I'm actually quite suprised at how rare something like this is...you think there'd be more demand for a specialty product.

I wish they'd build a thicker one. Considering the backup files for an entire feature might be on the drive.

A wetsuit type (neoprene) for a G-Drive, definitely.
