Hey everyone,

I'm making my portfolio for University. I'm going to be adding about 4 photos into my portfolio as well as my film and 2-4 pages of script. I'm no photographer, but I think I came out with some decent photos. So I'm just wondering which you guys feel are my strongest photos from here:

For my portfolio I feel I should ultimately chose my own favorite photos to show who I am and what I enjoy, but I'd like a second opinion on which are your favorites.

From what I've seen, I really like the B&W photos. The color ones of the sky and water look average. I'd choose something with a little more zip, or something more kinetic. Very nice, though!

Majestic Mountain, Water, Air, Glass & Metal

Personal favourites. Nice pics.

Majestic Mountain
Ghetto Ascension
Brick Wall

You might want to post these in the Still Photography (http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/forumdisplay.php?f=46) forum, as well.

Thanks everyone. It's helped a lot. Here's what I'm probably going to be putting into my portfolio:

Cover Page - "Tunnel" (not what you see, but a cropped version to help make it more symetrical and balanced with the rule of thirds)

And then in this order (to put my strongest first and last)

Page 1 Majestic Mountain
Page 2 Water

Page 3 Washington Subway
Page 4 Empire Top

Page 5 Brick (I enjoy brick more than brick wall)
Page 6 Ghetto Ascension

I feel that Brick helps show that I can photograph a person, but I only need one as I already have my film. It also goes well with ghetto ascension on the other page which is BW and a very rough dirty urban area. I feel in this order they compliment each other as they turn the page. The curves of "Water" with Wash Subway, etc...
