Lens breathing

I'm looking at info on 35 adapters and run across the term lens breathing, when I read the description, I technically understand what it means, but don't know what it really would look like - does anyone know of any footage out there that shows this undesirable effect just so I can get a visual representation.

go to my webby in my sig. I did some fast racks with a motor FF, the breathing is quite pronounced when done with such speed, using SLR lenses. :)
