I'm going to be spending the next few weeks shooting an HD documentary on Argentina's Wine Country. Most of the footage will be acquired out in the vineyards, so a lot of green with blue skies and mountains as background. When not in the vineyards, we will be shooting inside the bodegas, which have a dim "dungeon like" lighting. The look we want is similar to the typical HDNET or DiscoveryHD programming with crisp images and vibrant colors. We'll be shooting in 1080.
I would like to hear what camera setting and adjustments have worked for others in similar settings.

What about for the dim lighting in the underground wine cellars? How can we get the sharpest image out of a dim environment? Thanks for the replies. Everyone has been very helpful.

was shot in a cellar... careful placement of a blondie and a little fog always helps
Cheers

I'm curious to see what this INTENS setting would look like. Would you happen to have a still capture of these settings?
You left the Gamma & the Matrix untouched huh? Any specific reason for the preference?
