Missing frame with spanned clips

I have an issue with a spanned clip. In Final Cut I import the clip from two P2 cards, and when I put them back together in the timeline and render them out, it jumps where the clip was split, as though its missing a frame, or the split wasnt seemless.

I tried importing the P2 cards directly from the camera, as well as from the P2 Store but turns out the same.

Anyone else ever have this happen?

You shouldn't have to join clips on the timeline that were spanned across 2 cards.
Just have both cards in the P2 import window at the same time and select the clip on one of the cards, click on add selection to cue and it will automatically import the whole clip as one.

I'm using FCP 5.04, so I don't have that option. Anyone using 5.0.4 have this problem?

I had that happen once with 5.0.4 - go to 5.1.2 and you wont see it.
