How can I burn a DVD for festival submission?

Greetings, Everyone!

I'm just about finished up with a project here, and need some quick info on the steps to take to burn a DVD? I'm looking to burn a copy of my film for festivals, which means no menus, etc., but just the film, but will I need the countdown, color lines, etc.? Any information to help me gets started will be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking to simply put the Movie film onto a DVD or actually making a DVD with Menu options, etc ?

I'm looking to just burn a master copy of my film to make duplicates with so that I can send them to festivals. No menus or anything like that (not yet, anyhow).

I'd just give them the feature and call it a day. If they're taking submissions on DVD it's not like they're going to time each disc. Good Luck.
