24p vs 60i file size on minidv tape

is there a difference in file size betweeen 24p and 60i on mini dv tape? or does mini dvd carry the same file size regardless of frame rate?

The bitrate (and thus file size) is fixed. The duplicate frames are flagged for removal, but they are still on the tape / in the file.
