Capture real-time via FCP

I'm really sorry if it's been already covered.:embarasse
I'd like to know if we could capture real-time in 720/30p mode via FCP.
eventhough i searched the forum and Barry green's book, couldn't find how to capture/FCP setting and camera setting...etc
i'd appreciate if someone could shed some lights on this for me

Match the final cut pro sequence settings to the cam settings except for pNative.

Log and capture is non controllable device.

Hit Capture now and escape.
