I'm really debating what 35 adapter I should get. I want to go M2 but I like the quality of the SGpro. Help me decide folks!

I have an HVX and it needs a new friend. Thanks!

Timur's been shooting for me with the SGPro for a while now, and he just got the rev 2 I guess. Check out some of the stuff we did on our DramaFest Entry with the HVX and SGPro:

I've been very happy with the images we've been getting. Use a lot of light though - which I suppose is the case with all adapters. Though it's proven helpful to have two HVXs on set, one set up with the adapter, and one without, for when you want a quick switch over, you don't have to take the thing apart.

I personally went with the sgpro because i was worried about having to fiddle with the m2's gg too much. the sgpro's is set.

one other variable is time. i know the sgpro also has a much longer wait than the m2.

I am a Brevis35 fan still after using and seeing both M2 and SGpro. The images are comparable if not better, you dont lose the light you do with both of those, you can use it both as vibrating and static. Static giving you a really sharp image but need you need to make sure you can open the iris all the way on the camera. The other thing is that you dont need rails to use it and its MUCH lighter than the others. You can run and gun with zero problems or wieght issues. My friend Dale has the M2 and hes a big guy but he gets tired holding the M2 with the rails.

I also LOVE the carbon fiber body.
