I had the demo of cineform and if i remember correctly it only gives .avi wrappers. Which program can give me both avi wrappers and quicktime wrappers?

DV Rack HD 2.1, pressing the 'Menu' button on the monitor provides sub-menu options: AVI T1, AVI T2, Canopus, QuickTime & QuickTime-Avid. I use DV Rack, then convert the AVI's to CineForm ProspectHD for use in PP2.

Another vote for Raylight if you need to get any footage into Vegas, and to a lesser extent, Premier.

The Raylight MXF functionality is unmatched by any other product.

HDRack is awesome if you're willing and able to drag a laptop around for acquisition.

HD rack is good on set, and when you are set up in a location or set, it's little more complicated to drag around than a monitor.

But the DVCPro decoder is completely useless as a standalone app. WAY too many bugs with PN footage make it completely unreliable.

Raylight is the best one I've used with Vegas. It's pretty buggy too, but till the best I've found and allows you to just drag MXFs into your timeline without translation.

We're very interested in bug reports by the way because it needs to be rock solid.

There were some memory problems fixed in 1.05 for example, from bug reports.

Send the info to support@dvfilm.com

yeah, that's the main thing I've seen are memory issues, crashing it. But I just got it last week, does that mean I don't have that latest one?

I really like cineform and use it at home and at work. The .avi's work great in Premiere and Aspect gives you some real-time transitions and color correcting.
