well i have given up with Premiere Pro's ability to export a watchable quicktime h264 file. They look like YouTube quality. So now i have a wmv file instead but the quality is not impressive and clear. infact its interlaced which also got me pissed. I dont get it why my footage is #@(*&@. also you can tell i was having a hell of time with my tripod($70 cheapo one) and the Iris zoom.
I shot Full Auto/60i HD and resulting 29.97fps is still interlaced. everything is just #*(# up.
its approx 210MB and running time is about 3:20

Just FYI, if you are going to describe your file as f$%#ed up and you post a 210mb monster, I can guarantee you that no one is going to download it.
My advice, if you want feedback on quality of compression, etc., is to choose a few seconds on your timeline and export that. The size will be much smaller and the point will still be made.

You need to take some time and read through the manual and the forums to get a good starting foothold on how to use the camera best. If you already have been doing this then just keep doing it until things start to click for you. I know the camera pretty well but I'm still learning at the same time.

in pp2.0 you can easily deinterlace by clicking the de-interlace checkbox when in adobe media encoder (upper left hand corner above preview window). also for web delivery i believe for 720p your bandwidth @ 10 megs/sec is wayyyy too high. it should be no more then 5 megs/sec.
