Film Strip, Film Perf plug-ins?

I'm wondering if there are any plug-ins that simulate a film strip running on a projector with the frames containing the inputted footage. I've seen some photoshop plug-ins that use that type of look of an old negative but if there is any actual animated plug-in I'd like to know where to find it. Thanks!

you can either get the plug-in, or feel more accomplished by creating the look yourself...

take a 35mm negative, and key frame it to look like it's running through a projector...you can use an expression to loop it.

then take your video clip or whatever clip and position in the film negative frame! wah lah!

I'll see what I can do with that suggestion. Only reason why I'm asking is because I'm still relatively green when it comes to AE, though I'm very comfortable with Photoshop CS2 so I'll try my own thing. Thanks!
