Exporting from AE!

When I render footage from AE it duplicates every 4th frame. I have it set to 23.976 in which was shot. I took the frame blending option off and I use lossless as well. Any ideas?

Sounds like you are inserting pulldown, or working with footage that was shot 24p in a 29.97i wrapper.
