So I used MPEG Streamclip to convert a ton of .m2t files into .mov to edit in FCP and some of them have an issue. The video is sped up really fast but the audio appears to be fine. See below:

You'll see the first part of this clip it's way off plus the video is fast then right before the clip ends it settles in the proper way.
Anyone know how to fix this? The .m2t file doesn't do this but when converted in MPEG Strm. to a .mov file it does.
