Cody... just a sales incentive.... the place we play poker at was "Playboy Mansion East" in the 60s and 70s. An apartment complex in Studio City where every unit is built as a party pad and Hef housed all the non-mansion models back in the day.

Sadly, there are none there now. Or thankfully there are none there now if we mean the old ones.
