Theres only one word to describe the wonders this cam makes... OMFG.

I just took it out of the box and im messing around a bit, ill have samples up very soon. Just gotta figured out how to encode h.264 on windows.

whats strange is i went out in almost complete darkness with no modifacations (right out of box) and it still seemed to be great in the dark... Ill test this theory more, im gonna go out onto the porch of my apartment right now :) In that pic up there i forgot i had "AGC" and "AWB" both set to off unconfigured. lol.

Which means they would have been on auto, thus this image. Fully manual control will give you a much improved result.

That image is suffering from compression, noise etc

Go back and take that same shot in a week and see how stunning the results are. I shot the Ginza night scene on my third outing I think.

nice footage! seems like focus was getting out of control at some points, but i do love how the A1 performs in low light conditions.
