use AE with Poser?

Does anyone here use Poser to create characters for AE clips? How easy is it to go between programs? Is there a reasonable alternative to Poser, or is that the standard? (I can't draw to save my life, so Illustrator isn't an answer for me.) Thanks.

Poser do have lots of defult charecter.. and very handy to use. First let us know what u want to do ....then we can suggest u. cause poser & Illustrator are very different.

So you can use them together for storyborads, with motion ? Kinda like Frameforge 3d ?
