Hi guys, I've own my XL-2 for about 4 months now.
Shot a 30min shortfilm with it (Countdown, http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=76865 )
I did alot of weddings and events too..

Here are some Screencaps of a wedding I did last weekend.
Followed by some screencaps of a documentry shoot I shot for fun.

Please tell me what you think.

Hi Hobbes,

Nice job on the clips above and excellent camerawork on Countdown! Thanks for sharing and keep up the fantastic work! BTW, on the 4th clip, if this was a staged shot then the composition would be improved by having the B&G facing towards the car (rather than having it behind them) - if the car isn't a critical to the scene, then using a medium shot like you did on the 3rd clip works well. Sorry if I'm being too picky - it probably all looks fine on rolling film but if you intend to share this picture with prospective clients, I recommend you pay attention to such details. Also, the tripod is not quite level - if someone asks, tell them this is a dutch angle http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dutch_angle.

At any rate, the lighting, color, and detail looked great. Again, excellent work.

Great screengrabs Hobbes00! I don't have time to check the video out right now, but good work on the monitor lizard and wedding. Keep up the good work.

The XL2 is still, in my opinion, the best 1/3chip SD camera out there.
