Hi, I have one hvx200 and I am trying to record live from camera to PC via 1394 in HD format. I don't have a P2, can everyone help me?

It will depend on whether or not your NLE supports live capture. Otherwise dvrack will be an option

No, Premiere will not support live capture of anything other than DV. DV Rack 2.0 HD will capture everything the HVX can shoot.

Go buy at least one 4gig p2 card, or you only have half a camera.

Another question, Firestore can record all formats and frame speeds of hvx-200?

Firestore can do everything but the HVX's PN mode (a limitation of the firewire interface, not the Firestore. With the upcoming (supposed to be in Beta now) version 3 Firmware update (3.0) it will be able to simulate the PN mode by recording only the flagged frames.
You might also check out the Cineporter FAQ at the top of the hardware section. It is a very promising looking product that will be coming out sometime (although not released yet)
Firestore is out, and generally considered to be a quite solid product. now.

Another question, Firestore can record all formats and frame speeds of hvx-200?Just so you know, the FS-100 comes in both NTSC and PAL models, if you decide to get one, make sure to get the right model.
A few folks from PAL countries have ordered an FS-100 from the US because they were hoping to save some money, only to find out that the model they received wouldn't work with their camera.
