If I use my NTSC HVX in a PAL country will I need to purchase a new power pack/power converter or do I just need to get a universal plug adaptor like below? Just don't want to take ANY chances with this.

If you are hooking up the camera to AC using the supplied battery charger/power pack it says on the bottom that the input is 100-240 V AC 50/60Hz, so it would appear that a plug adapter would be all you need.

yes you right you can plug it up to 240 v, but thats not the right adapter plug, the one in the pics its for american 220v, they use it for mostly for air condition etc.....you need the one for europe
