Has anyone had any file corruption problems with the Citidisk HD? I had about 14 files in a row with weird digital corruption and wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this, and if so, any way to get the file back properly? I lost an entire scene with this problem and don't want to reshoot it unless absolutely necessary. I've attached some pics of the corruption below:

Mayvin,
What model and firmware release do you have on your CitiDISK? The current version was released early this month so if you got yours earlier than 2-3 weeks ago and have never updated it you will need the upgrade. I have not seen that kind of picture corruption with the current firmware release.
Please contact Chris Wang at Shining Tech, his number is 714-761-9598 and he will be able to give you a hand both on the firmware upgrade and the file corruption issues.

I'm on my second drive now and this one has the latest release. The first one they sent me was configured wrong and had all sorts of problems, so Shining sent me the new one configured correctly. I've talked with Chris and he doesn't seem to have any idea at this point, so it looks like I may have lost this scene completely when using the first drive they sent me.

When I first got my Citidisk HD 120, I tried to follow the instructions as best as I could. Nothing I did could get HD recording to work properly. The best I did was like what you posted. DV recording worked okay, I guess. I returned it and got the FS-100.
Firmware was the latest at that time. Kinda forgot when though. I posted some comments when it happened . I am not looking back so you gotta find it on your own, but I am still curious about the Citidisk.
Could someone please follow up with some positve feedback on the Citidisk.
I kind feel bad for them.
