White Balancing Suggestions

We film in gymnaisums so the light stays pretty much the same. We may change camera positions from time to time in which light from the outside may change when the camera "looks" at it. What should we be doing in regards to white balance? Should we white balance everytime we change camera positions?

I generally re-whitebalance when the lighting changes.
