Can someone post their sequence setting( general, vid processing, time line option ect...) to work with 24p footage. I tried to read stuff about it on the net and i found so many different things. I just want to find out the real one!!!!!!

I use the built-in Easy Setups that come with FCP. Figure out what you shot with, find the corresponding Easy Setup, and voila you make FCP happy and likely yourself happy too. Good luck.

Do you know for sure whether you shot 24p or 24pA?
You must choose corresponding sequence presets.
