hey guys
at school we have a lot of sony HDV VTR's at our stations.
my work around to print back to tape has not been tested, but it should work in theory.
I did this before with DVCPRO HD stuff from the HVX and gotten printed to the sony HDV VTR one time.
try only if you have lots of processing power and free time.
capture with your camera - ala- A1
edit in final cut pro.
output a 108024p file.
take that file into mpeg streamclip
convert it to HDV 1080 60i
then go into FCP and setup a HDV 1080i squence
finally print to tape.
I tried this and it worked with some 720p stuff I have, so i will try this with the A1 that I have later this week
