All my friends are asking me for my list but the only things I want are like $2000 (50 inch plasma anyone?) or $500 (XBOX 360). I like the techie gadgets. I like anything that involves filmmaking (obviously). But what exactly do I want?

It's obvious...you want a blues harp, ther're cheap and provide endless hours of entertaiment value. When you get it down and play like Muddy Waters, you can score your own soundtracks.

Seriously though...Books, DVD's, Magazine subsciptioms, pin numbers. There's always lots of smaller stuff that helps fuel the engine that drives the dream forward.

Let's not forget what Christmas is really all about... personal favors are free and can show the real spirit of giving*.

You made my day Matt!
When she hears about it, she'll probably laugh as much as I did.

You should totally ask for this. No director is taken seriously without this (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=5725&A=details&Q=&sku=390284&is=REG&addedTroughType=categoryNavigation).
