What are the correct settings to use to upload video to where it's not 450mb for 3mins?

What are you using to compress the video? Compressor?

yeah, it probably is, i just know a lot of people that show their diy adapter footage show it off here and figured i'd ask what they use. I"m using Adobe Pro 2.

i always export my file from adobe premiere as a DV-avi file, and then I open that
file in quicktime player and choose;"file, export.." and export it as a h.264 file.
Works every time :)
