NSD NG problem !

During my last event, I had warning NSD NG flashing on the screen, which indicated that the focus ring is not working right. It was gone after few minutes. Not knowing what it was, I ended up pressing the reset button which cleared the scene settings. So...

1. Does anyone know what the preset scene settings are or how to get it ???

2. Did anyone encounter this NSD NG problem? what was the solution ?? I still get this warning once in a while.

I totally missed on the extended warrenty. .. :(, >:(
