I'm selling the retail (not an upgrade) version of Final Cut Studio. I had participated in Apples crossgrade exchange (sent in my FCP 4.5 discs and 200 dollars and they sent me 5.1 Universal) so I don't have the manuals for it or the box, but I have all 8 discs and the papers with the serial number.
