i shot some great slow motion, set at 720p/24pn, 48 frames a second. it looks great in camera, but i'm having problems importing. i used a bunch of settings, including 720p/60, 720p/30, 720p/24, and all i get is "unable to import, corrupt or incomplete file..." - help! doesn't any one know the right settings?

All I do is import it into my 23.98 project with Avid, have no problems. The frame rate difference shouldn't cause issues. Make sure you are importing the file into the correct project format. 720P 24P or 23.98.

A bit more info may help.
What NLE are you using?
How are you trying to import? P2 into a PCMCIA slot? Firewire from camera to computer? USB from camera to computer?
Have you copied P2 footage to a hard drive?
Explain your workflow in detail.

you need to make sure that ALL of your software is updated. FCP to 5.0.4 and OS to 10.4.8.
