Hey Guys,
I know I should be posting this on the RedRockMicro Forum, but every time I try to register it gives me a problem and ask to contact the forum admin. Anyway, I got the Do It Yourself Guide a few weeks ago and slowly started trying to gather all the parts. I didn't find the exact model numbers, but when I asked for the part names, I had the home depot guy give me the parts.
Yesterday I started trying to build my adapter, and I start realizing the parts that I have are threaded, and the parts on the manual are not. So I went back to home depot and the parts specified by the manual are not in Home Depot.
Finally I realized that Home Depot parts are made by NIBCO and the parts specified by the Manual are MUELLER. Is this because I'm in LA? or has home depot just change their supplier. I still think I can somehow put the whole thing together with the parts that I have, but I'd like to know if someone has gotten the same issues, and how they have resolved it. If nothing else maybe putting some pictures of their M2 adapter. I would also love to see one in person to see how I'm doing with mine. (not necessarily a DIY)
If anyone lives in LA and would like to help, I would appreciate it greatly.
Thanks,
Luis
