Thanks everyone. We're really gung-ho about this. We've got all the basics to the plot, so tomorrow night we start outlining the details. I've got a permit request in and a location letter out, and we trying to figure out how to go about casting. We really want to try to take it up a notch from our Sci-Fi entry!

Yeah, we haven't really been working on anything movie-wise either, so this will get us motivated again. We have a couple of ideas for other shorts, so maybe we'll get on the ball and do them!

Update:
Gonna follow-up tomorrow on some of our location requests.
Still working out the details of the story... not an easy task to tell a good story that makes sense to more than just the writers!
We think we've got one of our actors. Will add to the poster when confirmed.
We're probably going to make the jump to Final Cut Pro (from Final Cut Express) in the next week or so. We've wanted to do it for a while and this gives us a good excuse ;)
