ENCORE Problem!

Every time I try to import a video file into Encore 2.0, it gets to the end of the import bar and then starts about 75% of the way up again. Once that gets to the end, it goes back again, and again, and again, and never finishes importing. It does not matter what type of video I try to import. It transcodes the non-MPEG2 and then does this same repetition on import. I am on a PC running Encore 2.0. HELP PLEASE!:crybaby: -Matt Sconce

It sounds as though Encore may be having a problem transcoding, something Encore seems to love doing around me. Now, I transcode all my media before I bring it into Encore.

Admittedly, it doesn't solve the problem and Encore's less-than-stellar functionality IMO, but y'know... may help.

The file I am trying to import is already transcoded. The issue seems to be with import. :-( Thanks for trying to help.
