Well, like Mark and Ted... I'm ready. I've got my concept down and a title!
Here's the poster so far: (I tend to come up with the title and make a work-in-progress poster before anything else... this always works as my greatest inspiration)

kind of strange, eh? -- i can work the fastest and most creative using photoshop so it really excels my screenwriting in a sense that the poster gives me a foundation. granted, things will change, no doubt. but i wanted to see if anyone else followed the same route.
cannon - are you taking part in drama-fest?

I would love to. Just depends on how busy I am. I have a few films I'd like to finish before I start any other projects. I might churn something out for this though.

This time around that's how I got the creative juices flowing... very basic idea - visual concepts - some tag lines - more discussion - poster - and we're off and running.
My original roots are in print media and marketing, so that's probably why this all seemed logical to me :)
