Reality Shows: Anyone have experience?

Can anyone direct me to reading on how to "create" a reality show?

Any and all would help. From production equipment, scripts from "scripted" shows. Whatever works. If anyone has any experience that'd be great.

Well, first go out looking for a fire hydrant. Chances are that a local dog has allready produced a reality show nearby.
