Any Photoshop 7.0 experts?

when i make a still off the timeline, i have to take it into photoshop to convert it to a jpeg.
sometimes i have hundreds and it takes forever one at a time.
ive heard theres a way to bring them all in at once and save them all as a batch as jpeg or whatever format youd like.
any idea how to do this step by step

You can do a batch recording to a folder. There is a feature to record actions, what you do is start up the actions record button, open a image, save as jpeg with the same name as te original. Then stop the recording and apply it to a folder. It will open and save everything in there.
