Was there a sticky "Workflow from HVX to FCP" or did I imagine it?

Has this been evaluated by FCP users and verified as best practice.?
I am in a series of tests with various editors so we can develop mutual workflows. They use FCP and MACs so I have undertaken to get them this info.
(I am on a PC platform and know not much -nothing - about FCP/MACS)

It works for me and it is suggested by Apple.

Ya, thats about as official as it gets , when the suggested method there is FROM apple themselves.

That FCP workflow document was dated March of 2006. I believe that FCP 5.1.2 supercedes that, and now allows for direct support of 1080P24 and very advanced management of P2 file logging and ingestion. At least that is what I understand.
I have a video tutorial coming out next week that goes from the HVX to FCP 5.1.2.
I'll be posting when it's ready. It's real world workflow, not white paper theory.

Anyone familiar with FCP 5.1 and the HVX should have absolutly ZERO problem going to 5.1.2 and its updates. Its stuff that you should know how to use by nature because its how it should really work in the first place. Its something youve been waiting for not something outta no where.
Look foward to the video though, should be enciteful especially for people new to the HVX and familiar with FCP
I know folks new to both, which is why I'm doing it.
