I have to share this, I've never experienced such amazing customer care in my life. (not even when I bought my car did they treat me this well) Plus some have asked where I bought from so I'm sharing.
I just purchased my XH-A1 from TapeWorksTexas.com (http://tapeworkstexas.com/canon_xha1.html)
Totally freaking amazing customer care. I will buy my camera equipment from none other from now on.
They were able to get all the accessories I wanted, and offer the delivery time of my pre-order.
Since my purchase, they've kept in contact filling me in on my order every step of the way.
This is like buying from a local professional dealer (minus the gas and the low stock quantities). They are totally nice and extremely communicative during all aspects of the process.

I am willing to bet that you CANNOT find a better company to buy from, hands down.
