Makeup Effects PDF...

Hey guys. A while back I remember seeing a post where someone had a link to this pdf file that was hundreds of pages long and had makeup effect "recipies" and whatnot for alllll types of stuff. I thought I downloaded a copy, but it was not to be. I've been searching and searching to find the post with that link, but to no avail. Does anyone know the file I'm talking about? Just wondering if maybe someone still has a link to it, I'd appreciate it.

You could try looking for Kelcey Coe Bible to find a good link. But I just did and they all seem to be dead.
