Dead Cell?

My friend has been shooting with the XL-2, and while reviewing some footage he sees what looks like to be a dead cell in the middle near the bottom. Could this be something on the lens that he's not seeing? Also is there a way to fix it in the already shot footage?

Looks like a dead pixel, probably made noticeable because the shot seems to be almost in darkness, with a lot of gain. Does it still show when the room has proper lighting?
