impoting screenshots

hey everybody is there a way i can import some screenshots onto my post? on the post new thread options i only find impoting via a website. isnt it possible to post a photo which is on ur hard drive? :Drogar-Smoke(DBG):

Either upload it HERE (Look up at Member Upload Center (http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/uploader.php)) or host it somewhere, like imageshack.us

Select the http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/images/editor/insertimage.gif button and insert the URL
