Anybody ever find out what that connector was

I was trying to find the thread again, but couldn't. I was just wondering if anyone ever found out what that extra connection was that was underneath a cover on the HVX. Anyone remember what I am talking about

Not sure what connection you are referring to but if you look in the manual, all the connections are listed there.

There was a picture of it posted on here. Just can't find the thread. It was something not mentioned in the manual apparently, and it is on the bottom of the camera I believe (?) underneath a cover. It is similar to a monitor type connection if memory serves. Just curious

Probably a service connector for diagnostics and maybe firmware upgrades. There is a similar connector on Panasonic's consumer cameras, and you can even buy the service manual and the hardware to access it (it is not cheap though).
