new powerbook without the card port

So I bought a New powerbook online and I didn't realized that they don't come with the port for the p2 card. I went to the Mac store and they told me I need an external reader. Could someone here enlight me and tell me what should I do? I haven't been able to find anything like an external reader.

I would appreciate if someone answers me or give me another alternative, that doesn't cost me a lot of money.
