Which is better at handling conversion from PAL DV to NTSC DV? I've tested Compressor, which rendered a slightly jittery image. A friend has AE, but I've not yet asked to render the same footage. Am wondering if I should bother. Any thoughts?

I should elaborate here. I'm using Panasonic AG-DVX100AE (PAL), so I don't need any "filmlook" software. If anything, I'd like something that won't cause any motion "hiccups." I've noticed some BBC productions like (original) The Office, which looks great.
Also, thanx for suggesting DV Atlantis, but it's not updated for QT 7.
