Does any one have any tips for doing so? Im trying to make a composite of chicago starting from the sky and moving downward and zooming in across the city, then zooming out. im having trouble makin it look "realistic". For now its just the buildings, but im having trouble incorperatinging streets and things like that which are making things much more difficult for me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Try getting textures of streets or even go out and take some shots yourself if you have a digital camera. Bring them in and composite them in as your streets...use Illustrator to create the yellow lines.

You can fake a lot of it if your camera is moving quickly through the streets...or maybe don't point it down, keep it tilted up a little so you only see the buildings and the sky...

are you trying to composite with an actual shot of Chicago? It sounds like your best bet is to just do this shot 3D

Unless you have helicopter footage.
