Can anyone tell me what the canon GL1 shooting format is?

Did you really want to know what the GL1 shooting format was? I'm assuming since you are posting in the A1/ G1 forum you meant the G1, in which case it is HDV, recorded to miniDV cassetts, but if you are looking for a GL1, well, the there you go, and please ignore this post.
