I'm very new to the whole video world and have some basic questions about posting videos online.

I want to post videos like this: (a random tutorial video I found here)
http://www.avitamarc.com/videos/8_06/fight.mov

Similar as in the same ".mov" at the ending - using quicktime - and same size/white background, centered, ect.

So how do I go about doing this? Where do I upload the video? Do I need my own webpage? ect..

Also...

I'm a little confused about using the correct video format.

I use Adobe Premier 6.5 and export my movies by:

-"File"
---"Export Timeline"
------"Movie..."

to get an uncompressed .AVI file. The movie I want to upload is about 1.2 GB so I'd imagine I'll need to compress it somehow or convert it to another type of video file.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could explain this for me.

Thanks!!

I would say get sorenson squeeze for quick web compressions and to get the correct aspect ratio you want easily. Export an uncompressed avi from premiere and import to sorenson.
