The images from RED that I just saw are the highest quality images i\'ve ever seen. PLUS they have incredible dyn. range. - Now onto the rest of IBC...

Sony V1 and FX7 have the same chips. 3 x 1080x960 1/4in CMOS 50i - and true 25p on V1 only. New interpolation tech. 1 stop slower than Z1.

Canon A1 and G1 are decent. But lousy in low light and noisy gain. Lens controls good for beeing elect. Autofocus ok but snappy.

Yup. Sony as usual. One step forward, and two back.

Step forawrd: 25P (finally progressive)

Step 1 Backward: 1/4 chips instead of 1/3

Step 2 Backward: Lower lattitude, rather than higher (as expected from CMOS)
